We are committed to you receiving your order as quickly as possible. We will send your order within a minimum of 2 business days once payment has been verified. Express orders will be sent within 1 business day once payment has been verified.
All Australian deliveries are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.
There are two delivery options:
- STANDARD POSTAGE (Within Australia)
Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days from time of posting depending on your location.
- EXPRESS POSTAGE – (Within Australia)
Orders will arrive within 1-4 business days from the time of posting depending on your location.

The delivery time estimates do not include handling time. Delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched.

Express deliveries will be processed within 1 business day. Orders should be delivered the next day (after dispatch) if it's within the Australia Post Express Post Network as per this link "https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-within-australia/delivery-speeds-and-coverage".
TRACKING OF YOUR ORDER
You are able to track your delivery - once your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your tracking number.

Whilst you are able to track your order, Australia Post will leave you order at the specified address even if there is no one home to accept an order. For this reason, we suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel as it is delivered.
Once an order is marked as delivered by Australia Post, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the order.
Delivery charges may or may not be applied to an order. This is dependent on the delivery costs specified on the website at the time an order is received and is specified at checkout.
Free delivery or delivery costs are calculated based on the price or weight of each order. The price of an order is net of any discounts or promotional codes and therefore the delivery costs are calculated on the net price.
